Volvo S60 / S80 Windshield & Roof Trim Seal – Cut to Length, Sold by the Meter

A rubber seal for the windshield and roof trim on the Volvo S60 and S80 (P2 platform), where the trim seal runs along the windshield and continues along the roof. Cut to your length and notched for your car, handmade in France.

How much to order

• Quantity 1 = 1 meter
• Count about 3 m per side, so about 6 m for both sides. Measure your trim to be sure.

Only replacing the part along the windshield? The complete kit (seals + 8 clips) or the pair of seals covers the windshield pillars up to the top of the windshield.

• Volvo S60 (1st generation, P2), 2001–2009
• Volvo S80 (1st generation, P2), 1999–2006

Not for P3 models: S60 2011+, S80 2007+.

The problem it fixes

The rubber lip along the windshield and roof trim dries out, cracks and crumbles, especially in hot, sunny climates.

Handmade in France

My wife and I make these seals by hand in France, from soft rubber that resists cold, heat and UV. The same seal has been on my own V70 for 4 years.

You will also need (not included)

• A polyurethane windshield sealant, such as APP PU 50 (not PU 50 FC, which doesn't bond)
• Emery cloth, acetone and a cloth
• Masking tape that peels off without leaving marks
• New clips (recommended): our set of 8 clips fits the S60 and S80
